Monthly rental internet service charges and time registration & installation charges are not refundable and transferable.

All payment shall be made in advance. Service tax shall be payable on monthly rental internet service charges together with the bill and also any other levies imposed by State/Central Gov. Time of time.

The subscriber shall not be allowed to lease or resale the internet services as well as bandwidth.

The Company reserves the right to disconnect the internet services without giving any notice in case of non payment of advance monthly rental service by the subscriber.

The Company will target 90% (Downtime permissible 10%) Available of the link per month. No monthly rate reduction / discount will be entertained.

Subscribers will have to provide roof & terrace (if necessary) for getting Broadband internet services.

The internet service of the company shall be used for lawful purposes. Transmission. Distribution or storage of any materials in violation of any applicable laws or regulation are prohibited.

The Company have every right and free access to the installation site for time checkup and service maintenance.

Violation of system or network security is prohibited. The company will investigate the incidents involving such violation and will help the legal enforcement in case of criminal activities.

Sending unsolicited mall message without limitation. Commercial Advertisement and Commercial are explicitly prohibited. The user is prohibited to use other site’s mall Server to reply mall with the express permission of site.

Posting of the same or similar message to one more news groups (excessive cross pasting or multi-pasting also known as “ spam” is strictly prohibited.

In case of any dispute between the parties it may be referred to Arbitrator as per Arbitration and Conciliation Act.
