Monthly rental internet service charges and time registration & installation charges are not refundable and transferable.

All payment shall be made in advance

Excluding service tax shall be payable on monthly rental internet service charges together with the bill and also any other levies imposed by State / Central Govt. Time to time.

The subscriber shall not be allowed to lease or resale the internet services as well as bandwidth.

The company reserve the right to disconnect the internet services without giving any notice in case of non payment of advance monthly rental service by the subscriber.

Subscriber will have to provide roof & terrace (if necessary) for getting Broadband internet service.

The internet service of the Company shall be used for lawful purpose. Tranmission, Distribution or storage of any materials in violation of any applicable laws or regulation are prohibited.

The company have every right and free access to the installation site for the time checkup and service maintenance.

Violation of system or network security is prohibited. The company will investigate the incidents involving such violation and will help the legal enforcement in case of criminal activities.

Sending unsolicited mail message without limitation. Commercial Advertisement and commercial Announcement are explitely prohibited. The use is prohibited to use other sites's mail server to reply mail without the express permission of site.

Posting the same or similar message to one more news groups (excessive cross pasting or multi-pasitng also known as "spam") is strictly prohibited.

In case of any dispute between the parties it may be reffered to Arbitrator as per Arbitration and Concilation Act.

Connection transfer charge will be applicable as per terms & conditions.
